Meet Dr. Olteanu


Florin Olteanu, MD, CMD, provides medical oversight of healthcare services delivered throughout Mid Coast Senior Health Center. He also provides in-home primary care services to our assisted living residents.

A board-certified geriatrician, Dr. Olteanu specializes in the healthcare of people 65 and older. His expertise and training help him better understand issues that affect older adults such as memory loss, arthritis, osteoporosis, mobility, and medication effects. He also understands the difference between normal aging and the disease process, recognizing how physical health conditions can impact social and emotional wellbeing.
